- Customer must register and be approved in our office befor buying or selling.
- All transaction must clear through the office. This is good business and is your protection.
- The buyer should check and test drive every car before settlement to determine if properly represented or acceptable, and either settle or file a complaint with the arbitration department.
- Please clear all items promptly after the purchase.
- All checks and/or drafts must be paid at par immediately as received in the buyer's bank.
- A seperate check must be issued for each car purchased.
- All sales are dealer to dealer. Do not assign title to auction.
- The following units must be announced by selling dealer:
- Taxi cabs
- Police cars
- Frame damage units
- Rebuilt units
- Cracked block units
- Improper alterations
- Owner must protect unit from freezing.
- The auction is not responsible for odometer readings and/or the validity of the odometer mileage statement provided by the buyer or the seller.
- Repo titles must be announced at time of sale.
- It is a seller's responsibility to insure that a title is negotiable in the purchaser's State.

- Any dealer refusing to honor a draft or check to Midland Odessa Auto Auction without prior approval from Management will be placed on "STOP" immediately and reported to our Insurance Agency.
